Our filter provides the opportunity to feature coffees that can go from adventurous to delicate.
Inti Ñam, which means ‘Path of the Sun’ in Kichwa, pays tribute to Ecuador as the middle of the world. This blend unites coffees from Zamora, Pichincha & Imbabura, grown by producers who share the same passion for quality.
Featuring Typica Mejorado & Nestlé varieties, each lot is processed the same way - 48 hours of cherry fermantation, pulping, then 24 more hours of fermentation before washing - creating a harmonious, consistent cup that reflects the spirit of Inti Ñam: different regions & producers, all connected under one sun.
