Shipping policy

 

 

We ship with Yodel within the UK. 

As coffee is a perishable product, ours is roasted Monday & Wednesday, weekly. In order to ensure the coffee arrives in it's best condition, we will ship on either a Tuesday or Thursday so that you have plenty of time to enjoy the coffee from it's roast date. We prefer that our coffee is rested and brewed 2-4 weeks from roast to achieve a taste experience like our stores. It can be enjoyed from roast day through to 3 months.  

For these orders, if you have not received your parcel within 14 days of the dispatch date, please contact us so we can address & rectify the situation.

Please ensure that your address is accurate when ordering as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect information.

Collection

We are offering free collection on all orders. There are two locations available to pick up from.

East Belfast
481 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3LL

Ormeau Road
361 Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 3GL

We aim to have all orders available for collection from 9am the next working day. Due to roasting patterns, your order may take a couple days to prepare, please look out for the 'ready for pickup' email before coming to the selected store.

If an order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be ready for collection the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). 

You will receive email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
