Last dates and Industrial action.

Due to industrial action, Royal Mail's service will be disrupted on the run up to Christmas. If you wish to order any items for a present on our website, please check the Royal Mail website for updates on how this will affect your order. Only items not delivered after 7 working days of shipping will be investigated and further action taken.

The last day we are shipping is Friday 16th December 2022 in line with Royal Mail's last post dates 2022. Click here for more info. We cannot accept fault if your parcel does not arrive prior to the 25th December 2022.

We recommend that customers wanting guaranteed delivery prior to the 25th December 2022, they order well in advance or select the collect in store option at checkout.
